We hired Kurtis and his team for a deck railing replacement after the previous railing was removed due to wear and tear. They arrived promptly, were very professional and did an excellent job matching the railing with the existing railing installed in the rest of the house, as well as updating the railing to ensure it was up to code. Would hire them again for renovation work any time!

I cannot say enough good things about Suite Home Renos! We did a smaller projects with them before embarking on a much larger reno. Everything from attic squirrels to insulation replacement to a second floor addition on our century old home. Chris and Kurtis showed pride in their work and care for our home. As a family with very young children, the noise and mess of living through a large reno was daunting. They made our comfort and privacy a priority, while maintaining a high quality of work in their trades. When a trade did not live up to expectation, they were quick to address issues and keep up the flow of work. There were few lulls in our reno because of their diligent planning, and we were only 2 weeks behind the projected completion date (minus deficiencies). In our dealings, they have always been transparent and responsive. They did not try to gain our business with lowball quotes. Costs were accounted for as we ticked through each stage of the project, so thrre were no surprises. We were also looped into any problems they encountered. When a drafting error was found mid framing, a solution was found without drama. I could also trust that if I wasn't there to make a decision, they would make the best possible choice. In the end, we couldn't have hired a better team. They are professional and amazing to work with! Each project was fun - always a positive experience. They will be the first choice on any future projects that we have! Thank you guys =)

I have absolutely no hesitation to provide a glowing recommendation for Chris and Kurtis at Suite Home Renovations. I have had the pleasure of working with them on a variety of projects from very small home maintenance items – the stuff you can’t live without but can’t do yourself – closet door off the track as an example to larger projects involving much more detailed project planning including coordinating sub trades and sourcing materials. I have consistently found them to be timely and reliable and fun to work with! I really appreciate their expert input with some of my more detailed projects where there were different ways to go – I completely trust their judgement, practical and thorough approach of how we should proceed. I always feel like their suggestions would be the way they would manage the project as if it were their own home – can there be a better approach than that? Lastly I am so grateful for the peace of mind I have working with Suite Home knowing that all the end to end details will be looked after and I will be kept up to date all along the way!

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used their services and they do not disappoint! Faced with a time sensitive issue where a closet door was completely jammed and needing coats, boots and other supplies in the closet for a special project Chris and Curtis flew in to save the day. They made it a priority in their morning stopped by my condo and had it fixed with in 10 minutes. Amazing! Quick, reliable, accommodating, and service with a smile in a stressful and time sensitive situation. Thanks again gents for being our heroes!

We hired Suite Home Renovations to redo our dated 1970s bathroom. They helped us plan out a beautiful bathroom that was within our budget. They took care of the planning, demolition and garbage removal, removing the old harvest gold tub and replacing it, organizing the trades for the plumbing and electrical, tiling and painting, and installing the new vanity, storage, sink and toilet. From the moment we said yes to the project they took care of us all the way through. Always a phone call away, they're easy to reach and talk to about the decisions needed so it all looks good and is on budget. Thanks for the remodel guys! We're very happy with our bathroom upgrade. It's definitely improved the value of our home and is now a feature that friends and family admire. Recommended!
