A Bit About Us

We (Chris and Kurtis) met in 2009 at a Real Estate Investors conference. At the time we were focused on owning lots of rental properties. Which thankfully through a combination of sheer will and determination we were able to build a solid portfolio of properties. In the process of buying rentals we also became really comfortable with the process of renovating less than desirable properties into beautiful rentals. In 2015 we started our own renovations focused company which is unique to the Calgary market. Our renovations experience and focus on providing the best experience for our customers is what drives us today.

Since 2009 we have built a solid base of clients who refer us to their friends and family. We are quite proud of the fact that our customers refer us and that means the world to us. Renovations are not typically a comfortable experience for people. We are in your space, making your home dusty, and causing all sorts of noises. However by the end of any project our customers are always happy. We think it’s because we are the most open and honest contractors you’ve ever met and our quality is unparalleled.
